Bobby’s wish is to travel to Charleston, South Carolina and visit the USS Yorktown on which he was stationed during his service in the United States Navy.

As a young man, Bobby served in the United States Navy as an underwater demolition expert. His service took him aboard the USS Yorktown and around the globe.
Bobby has such fond memories of his time aboard “The Fighting Lady” and the lifelong friendships he forged with others serving at his side. He says he loved his days on the ship and that it was such an important part of his life.
Bobby wishes to return one final time and give thanks to the ship that provided him with so many memories. As an added bonus, Charleston is the city where Bobby and his wife, Annette took their first major trip as a young couple.
